This apartment is rightly in the centre of all attraction. From this central location, it is a five minute walk to le Louvre & Palais-Royal. It is a ten minute walk to the Notre-Dame and to the lovely Sainte Chapelle, the Rive gauche, Saint Germain des Prés (church, boulevard, cafés), the très chic Place Vendôme (Ritz Hotel, jewellers), the Musée d'Orsay, etc.

First level: 6th floor Living Room and Kitchen. The American-style kitchen opens into a spacious living room where you will find a fancy table with four chairs, a comfortable sofabed (double), colour TV with cable channels, and a Hi-Fi system & CD player. You have everything you need in the kitchen to prepare even the most elegant gourmet dinner.

Second level : 7th floor Bedroom and Bath. Because the duplex gets full southern exposure you will enjoy lot of sunlight in your apartment, especially in the quiet sunny bedroom where you will find a very comfortable king size bed. The bathroom has both a bathtub and a shower. The lovely sunny terrace is ideal for afternoon cafés. There is also a telephone for receiving phone calls.

The monthly price for 3 - 4 persons is 4300 Euros

All in all, a great place to stay. Since the apartment had two levels, some people were upstairs and some downstairs nice to be able to have privacy like that. The owner was very helpful, too.
