The "Jardin des Tuileries" is one of the few beautiful gardens of Paris. This apartment is located right next to the garden and will benefit of a peaceful environment just across the street (see picture from the balcony). The proximity as well to all the major museums such as Le Musée du Louvre or Orsay just a short walk away, make this apartment a very strategic location.

For shopping lovers, the location next to Opera will allow shopping in the "Grands magasins" such as Galeries Lafayettes, Le Printemps - 45,000 m² space , and all the finest stores on boulevard des Italiens. The location is also traditionally Parisian with beautiful Parisian cafés, old-style French restaurants, traditional food markets some of the renowned bakeries and butchers, etc around the corner.

It will take only a 15 minutes walk to go to the charming Ile Saint Louis or visit the famous "Notre Dame" on the ile de la Cité where Paris started. You can enjoy a nice stroll through the gardens in the evening, until the left bank of the river.

The apartment is located in an XVIII century historic building from 1700 and was renovated in 2008. The building has a lift. All the rooms in the apartment are covered with wooden floor with “point de Hongrie” which gives a very warm feeling to this place. The living room is spacious and has a beautiful marble fireplace with a golden mirror. Large ceiling-to-floor French windows flood the rooms with lot of sunshine. Each window has an access to a balcony where you can admire the view of the Jardins des Tuileries. There are 3 large leather couch to host a party of at least 9 people. One of the couch can be unfolded as a comfortable double bed. All modern amenities are present including Internet Broadband connection, flat screen cable TV with international channels, DVD player and stereo. The dining room across this room has modern furniture and a large dining table for 8 people including very comfortable leather chairs. The dining room gives view to the inside court.

There are 3 bedrooms each with a private desk and sufficient cupboards and wardrobe. All the bedrooms give view to the court so each room has a peaceful surrounding. The first bedroom has 2 single beds, 90 cm each with a private desk. The second bedroom has 2 larger beds (1m20 wide) and bedside table equipped with light for reading. The third bedroom has 2 single beds (90 com) with bedside table and a private desk with leather armchair. Two of the main bedrooms have private study with beautiful writing table and chair.

The spacious kitchen with 2 windows view on the court is fully equipped with traditional oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, cooking range, coffee machine, kettle, etc. Sufficient dishes and utensils are provided for use of a large family. There is also a convenient washing machine and dryer .

The bathroom all in blue tiles walls to floor, has a bathtub with a glass-covered shower area. A sink with a lighted mirror and a large shelve to put all your necessary toilet belongings is across the sink next to a large cupboard. A convenient hair dryer is available. There is an independent toilet as well

Extra amenities: You can call all over France and the following countries Canada, USA and within Europe, except for cell phones [any number starting with 06 in France] and numbers starting with 08 for which there is a charge from the telephone in the apartment.There is a WIFI connection if you are traveling with your computer.
