'This apartment is located in the trendy neighbourhood of Parmentier/Oberkampf with many restaurants bars and discotheques such as the "Sacophane" (restaurant) "le Charbon" (discotheque) or "les trios Tétard" (café). The beautiful garden jardins de Belville is just two steps from the apartment. It is a short walk away from "le Marais" or the "Opéra" and the famous "place des Vosges" in the old center of Paris.
