The apartment is located in a quiet street in a house on three floors - two floors above and a mezzanine floor. It has seven rooms including four bedrooms and is ideal for a large family. The interior of the house has modern architecture with avant-garde paintings on the walls and art objects from Africa & Asia. The entrance leads into a spacious living area with a wooden desk to install a computer, bookshelves, a spacious dinning table on one side, a sofa corner with four comfortable sofas facing a coffee table. All modern luxuries are provided including a CD/DVD Player and Hi-Fi system, a colour TV with international channels and a Broadband Internet Connection. On one side of this area is a very spacious open kitchen equipped with all modern conveniences including a traditional oven, a microwave oven,a family size fridge, a dishwasher,a coffee machine and a rectangular glass table with four chairs.

On the first floor, there is a bedroom with a comfortable queen-size bed, a second bedroom with a single bed, a closet and two extra beds straight on the floor in the mezzanine area accessible with a ladder.There are also two children bedrooms with single beds next to a playroom area with toys, playing boards, little tables and a single sofa bed.
