This spacious one bedroom apartment is on the 2nd floor of a XIX century building and is located between Boulevard St Michel and Boulevard Raspail, a few steps away from the "Jardins du Luxembourg" and Latin Quarter. It is located inside a calm and quiet courtyard with lot of flowers and trees. The metro & RER station Port Royal, is close to the flat and has a direct train link to Paris CDG airport.

The entrance corridor gives access to the main living rooom. It is charmingly decorated with its piano, books of arts and different modern paintings hanged on the wall. There is an original fireplace from the XIX century with a golden mirror on the top. Ceiling-to-floor French windows have an open view into a beautiful courtyard and flood the rooms with sunlight. There is a spacious dining table for 4 persons. Next to the entrance corridor is the kitchen fully equipped with electrical oven, plates, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster etc. The master bedroom has a comfortable with its queen-size bed and plenty of lights are available for late reading at night.

The luxury bathroom has a full-sized bathtub & shower and a convenient washing machine and dryer. A cleaning lady is available once a week (included in the price). A telephone is provided for receiving and making local calls.

For 3-4 persons the price of the rental is 1140 euros/week and 3575 euros/month.
