This 3-bedrooms apartment is located in the heart of a peaceful and elegant residential district of the 16th arrondissement. The building is in close proximity to the Trocadéro & Seine and the Eiffel tower with its beautiful garden of Champs de Mars. The most beautiful expanses of greenery such as the Bois de Boulogne and the jardins du Ranelagh, are a close walk from the apartment. There are two separate bathrooms, each with covered shower area. One bathroom is attached to a bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped and has sufficient utensils and dishes for a large family. Modern facilities including microwave oven, cooking range, coffee machine & toaster are provided. A convenient washing machine and dryer is also provided on another floor (5 euros per load). A telephone is provided in the apartment and all calls are charged at real cost (no extra charges from owner). A daily house-cleaning maid is included in the price.
