Other touristic locations such as the Louvre is a short walk from this location. This location is also a true Parisian location with beautiful cafes, restaurants and traditional food & groceries markets. One of Paris' oldest market streets, Rue Montorgueil a pedestrian-only zone lined with some of the city's best fish, produce, and fine grocery shops is a 5-minutes walk from the apartment. The shopkeepers here are known for their enthusiasm and their old-world warmth, too, so when you visit you'll be sure to hear cries (or even songs) announcing fresh salmon, peaches, or cheeses on sale. The address is very strategic for visiting Paris - numerous métro and bus connections lead to all over Paris. For arriving from the airport, there is direct RER train connection to Chatêlet - walking distance from the apartment.

The building has a modern '70s style bourgeois architecture - it is built in palatial style with a main entrance leading to beautiful stone-mosaic landing with a beautiful chandelier. There are two lifts in the building.

The apartment has modern interior decor with ceiling-to-floor glazing for the complete living room - gives maximal light during the day. The owners are themselves an international company in interior decor and have taken all measures to maintain the ambience of the decor - zen and elegant. Oak parquet on the floors and light colour curtains give the apartment a warm glow in the interior. There is an American-style kitchen equipped with the latest facilities including traditional oven, microwave, ceramic cooking range, dishwasher, etc. On one side of the living room, there is a modern glass dining table with leather chairs, large enough to accommodate a party of 6 people. On the other side there is a spacious divan for accommodating 2 people.

The master bedroom has a very comfortable queen-size bed with bedside tables and reading lamps on either side. It overlooks a calm and peaceful courtyard and passage. The 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds that can be put together for a king-size. It also has a beautiful view of the Centre Pompidou from high above. There are sufficient closets for keeping clothes and luggages. The bathrooms have modern steel fittings and ceramic tiles. One bathroom has a luxury bathtub and glass-covered shower area. The other bathroom has a covered place for shower. Both bathrooms have toilets. Sufficient towels and linen are provided. In the kitchen, complete set of dishes and cooking utensils are provided. There is a convenient washing machine & dryer. A telephone is provided for receiving calls and making local phone calls.
