On the other side it has grand views of the Panthéon and the famous church of St Etienne du Mont and the medieval tower of Lycée Henri IV. Charming with its beautiful restaurants, traditional bakeries and groceries - one finds the famous Ecole Polytechnique and the renowned Sorbonne close by. The apartment is located in a peaceful and respectable hideaway neighbourhood - several buildings within a private square and garden with lot of trees and flowers along a nice stone path. The whole area is secured by metal gate and digital code. The interior is spacious and has a classic Parisian look. The double-glazing French windows create a peaceful environment and flood the rooms with sunlight. The floors have traditional Oak parquet. The living room is decorated in classic style with beautiful chandelier. All modern amenities are present including colour TV with international channels & Broadband Internet connection. The 2 master bedrooms have comfortable queen-size beds with satin covers and sheets. They have large wardrobes and authentic tapestries on the walls. The third bedroom also has a queen-size bed and in addition a private study - for a smaller group it can be used as a bureau / office.

The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with microwave oven, traditional oven, cooking range, coffee machine and family-size fridge. There is a convenient washing machine. Sufficient utensils and dishes are provided for a full family. The bathroom has a luxury bathtub & shower. The walls are made of coloured glazed porcelain with hand-paintings. A telephone is also provided for receiving calls and making local calls.
