In addition, this apartment has grand views of the Luxembourg Gardens from its balconies, and overlooking the Panthéon. This is definitely a classic 3-bedrooms apartment situated in St Germain des Prés - all bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and even complete with a piano for family entertainment. The Seine and the musée d'Orsay is also a short walk from this apartment. The location is also traditionally Parisian with beautiful Parisian cafés, old-style French restaurants, traditional food markets some of the renowned bakeries and butchers, etc around the corner.

The apartment is located in an XVIII century historic building. The building has a lift. The living room is spacious and has a beautiful fireplace with Louis XIV mirrors. Large ceiling-to-floor French windows flood the rooms with lot of sunshine. Beautiful paintings and authentic miniatures referring to the maritime world adorn the walls. There is also a cottage piano for family entertainment in the evenings. The dining room has beautiful modern furniture and a large dining table for 6 people. All modern amenities are present including Internet Broadband connection and colour TV with international channels.

There are 3 bedrooms with attached (ensuite) bathrooms. Both the master bedroom and the second bedroom have comfortable queen-sized beds and modern interior decor. Each bedroom has private study with beautiful writing table and chair. The third bedroom has a single bed. The spacious kitchen is ideal for lovers of cuisine. It is fully equipped with traditional oven, microwave oven, cooking range, sufficient ustensils, coffee machine, etc. Sufficient dishes and utensils are provided for use of a large family. The bathrooms have zen Asian-style bamboo partitions and a glass-covered shower area. There is also a convenient washing machine. A telephone is provided for receiving calls and making local calls.
