This is a luxury 2-bedrooms apartment located near the Arc de Triomphe. The beautiful Avenue des Champs Elysees with its restaurants, Parisian cafes and shopping malls is just a few steps from this apartment. This is a very prestigious and safe location where several French ministries and foreign embassies are located.

The apartment is fitted with all the modern luxuries. There is an elevator. It is very safe with digicode & concierge. The interior decor is luxurious & classic with marble mosaic floors and expensive furnitures and paintings. There are large windows with double-glazing in all the rooms to provide sufficient light as well as privacy. The living room is spacious and furnished with elegant furniture. On one side there is a grand sofa area next to a flat-screen TV with international cable channels. There is also Broadband Internet connection. On the other side there is a spacious dining table to accommodate a party of 6-8. A spacious gold-framed Louis XIV mirror and flower vases adorn the mantelpiece of the marble fireplace. The ceiling-to-floor French windows give a nice view of the peaceful courtyard below.

All the bedrooms have their own private study. The master bedroom has a queen-size comfortable bed with reading lights on each side. The other bedroom has a large double bed. It can be swung back into the wall, to provide more space during the day.

The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with sufficient dishes glasses and cooking utensils. All modern equipment including microwave oven, traditional oven, ceramic cooking range, coffee machine, family-size fridge, dishwasher & toaster. A convenient washing machine & dryer are also provided. The bathroom has a full-size luxury bathtub with gold-plated taps & shower. In addition, there is a separate toilet. All towels, linen & soap are provided. A telephone is provided for receiving calls and making local calls.

The rental price for 5-6 persons is 2000 Euros/week and on request/month.

Note: The rental prices on our website are generally very stable. However, in the Easter, Christmas & New Year period some owners may charge a premium. Please check with us regarding the correct price.
